For today, all WODs at Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy, are cancelled. We will be at Fall Brawl, a competition for CrossFitters held every fall by R.A.W. Training in Gibsonia, PA. Here is the address:

The event kicks off around 9am and will run all day. This year, Industrial Athletics has 3 athletes competing: Matthew Becker, Rachel Cipolat, and Fireman Dave Costa. Come show your support by wearing our Industrial Athletics t-shirt, CrossFit Alloy t-shirt, or our box colors. Be ready to cheer loudly so we can hear you while we compete.
The event will be selling food and drinks. We also hope to have an Industrial Athletics tailgate organized by Kevin Leech and Steve Slagle.
