    Everyone is Platinum for this WOD. Get ready to lift heavy. Last month, we ended September with heavy Clean and Jerks. This month, we have worked on Squat cleans and shoulder presses every week. Let’s see if those numbers increased.

    Max effort days can be tricky. The goal is to find the max weight you are able to move for the required reps. So, for this WOD, we are looking to for the maximum weight you are able to clean and jerk only one time.
