CrossFit WOD for 1/1/2014 – Happy New Year

It’s 2014, let’s start is off with a bang and set the tone.


CrossFit Alloy WOD for 1/1/2014:

7 Rounds for time:
20 Air Squats
14 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
14 Pushups
14 Power Cleans (95/65)
14 Burpees
14 Power Snatches (95/65)

The WOD will be performed as a team of two athletes.  Each partnership may break up the reps however it sees fit.  However, each partner must do an equal number of reps for each movement.
