The CrossFit Alloy WOD for 1/14/2014:

Max Height Box Jump

5 Rounds for Time:

30 Double Unders
30 Situps

This MetCont has the same number of reps as “Annie,” but it put into a different order.  We did Annie on 12/12/2013, so you should have a time to compare to.  Try to perform the WOD the same way you did in December.  So, if you did single under in December, do single unders again.  If you did not attend class on 12/12/2013, or you did not record your Annie time, then make sure you record this time so that you can compare it to Annie the next time we do that WOD.

    21 Double unders
    21 Sit-ups

    3 Rounds for Time:
    25 Double unders or tuck jumps
    25 Sit-ups

    2 Rounds for Time:
    25 Double Unders or tuck jumps
    25 Sit-ups

    If you cannot do double unders, sub tuck jumps.

    Did a hybrid level since I thought everyone had to do 5 rounds.

    5 rounds of 25 tuck jumps and 25 sit-ups: 6:15 (I think Megan did the same rep scheme as me).

    Max Box Jump: 40 inches. Did it 3 times to make sure it wasn’t a fluke.
