    9 Deadlifts (155/115)
    15 Double Unders
    10 Pistols

    Brass:

    9 Deadlifts (135/95)
    15 Double Unders or 45 Single Unders
    10 Pistol Progressions

    Bronze:
    As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Min:
    9 Deadlifts (115/75)
    15 Double Unders or 45 Single Unders
    10 Air Squats

    Steel: 5 rounds plus 10. This is my first WOD at Alloy where I did Double-Unders! It wasn’t pretty, but I got through it.
