15 Wall Balls
25 Sumo Deadlift HighPulls (45/35)
15 Pushups

    MetCon:

    Platinum: As written above. The SDHP’s move from mid shin to chin. Wall Balls must be 20/14 to a 10/8 ft mark. Pushups must be full plank.

    Steel:
    AMRAP 20 Min:
    10 Wall Balls (20/14)
    20 SDHP (45/33)
    10 Pushups (full plank)

    Brass:
    AMRAP 20 Min:
    10 Wall Balls (20/14)
    20 SDHP (45/33)
    10 Pushups (on a box if necessary)

    Bronze:
    AMRAP 20 Min:
    10 Wall Balls (14/10)
    20 SDHP (45/33)
    10 Pushups (on a box if necessary)
