CrossFit WOD for 3/13/2014

Tonight is the announcement of CrossFit Games Open WOD 14.3.  Don’t forget that we will be doing it tomorrow.  The competition was steep last Friday at 5:30pm. Expect the same this week.

Proper Bailing from: Back squats, Overhead Squats, Front Squats, Handstands
