CrossFit WOD for 3/17/2014

We are entering week 4 of the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.  Susan is still dominating the masters division.  Keep watch as we wind down the last two weeks.  Some movements yet to be seen:  Burpees, Muscle Ups, Toes to Bar, Wall Balls, and Cleans.

Our Industrial Athletics private tour of Wigle Whiskey Distillery is this Saturday at 6:30pm.  If you want to go, make sure you bring your $60 to the gym before Saturday.  All are welcome.  Also, we will be going out to dinner after the tour.  Stay turned for more details.  We are planning to call around for reservations.

    Push Jerk: 103 lbs. Shoulder is feeling stronger. Hope to be back to 100% in about a month.

    Brass: 5:22 Had to do single-unders in order to keep the pace up. Practiced D-U’s afterwards.
