We are entering week 4 of the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games Open. Â Susan is still dominating the masters division. Â Keep watch as we wind down the last two weeks. Â Some movements yet to be seen: Â Burpees, Muscle Ups, Toes to Bar, Wall Balls, and Cleans.
Our Industrial Athletics private tour of Wigle Whiskey Distillery is this Saturday at 6:30pm. Â If you want to go, make sure you bring your $60 to the gym before Saturday. Â All are welcome.
