CrossFit WOD for 3/24/2014 – Ryan

It is the final week of the Reebok CrossFit Open.  A lot of people are betting we will see Thrusters and burpees.  So, we might as well practice.

Strength:
Deadlifts
2, 2, 2, 2

MetCon:
“Ryan”
5 Rounds for time:
7 Muscle Ups
21 Burpees

Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

    Platinum: as written above. muscle up must be on rings.

    Steel:
    Three rounds for time:
    7 Muscle-ups on rings or 7 Bar muscle ups (maybe assisted)
    21 Burpees

    Brass:
    Five rounds for time of:
    5 assisted Bar Muscle up15 Pullup and 15 Pushups (Pullups may be assisted and Pushups may be on the Box)
    15 Burpees

    Bronze:
    Three rounds for time of:
    15 Pullup and 15 Pushups (Pullups may be assisted and Pushups may be on the Box)
    15 Burpees

    Strength: DL 295 lbs.

    WOD Brass: 10:06 5 assisted Bar Muscle-Ups with red band. Did all unbroken except for 5th Round.
