CrossFit WOD for 3/25/2014

Big Announcement:  Industrial Athletics will be adding a mid morning class for CrossFit.  We have been talking about this for a while.  Starting March 31st, 2014, we will be adding a class at 9am.  It will be a regular 1 hour class.  If those who will be participating in that class prefer a different mid-morning time, like 9:30am or 10:00am, let us know ASAP.

Perfecting the Pistol and its progressions.

4 Rounds for Time:
10 Overhead Squats (135/95)
35 Double Unders

    7 Overhead Squats (115-95/75-65)
    25 Double Unders or 75 Single Unders

    4 Rounds for Time:
    7 Overhead Squats (75/55-35)
    75 Single Unders

    Brass: 10:16 at 95 lbs. with 75 single-unders. My double-unders aren’t quite WOD ready.

    Worked strict muscle-ups afterwards. My right shoulder managed them better than expected.
