Deadlifts
5, 5, 5, 5

MetCon:
As Many Reps As Possible in 12 Minutes:
100 Wallballs (20/14)
100 Double Unders
Note:  If you complete all Wallballs and Double Unders in 12 minutes, repeat until you run out of time.

    150 Single Unders

    Steel: 75 wall balls and 42 double-unders. Slowly getting there with the D-U’s!
