CrossFit WOD for 4/11/2014

Don’t forget, for those who plan to attend Yoga tomorrow, the class is moved to Noon.  Just for tomorrow, it will not take place at 12:30pm.

    Split Jerk: 95 lbs. Took it easy on the shoulder. Making good progress and want to keep it that way!
