CrossFit WOD for 4/15/2014

We will be placing a new clothing order before the end of April.  Watch for the sign up sheet on the main table.  Our policy is that you must sign up for and pay for your clothing before the order is placed.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/15/2014:

Clean and Jerk

(we have worked on heavy cleans, clean progressions, and jerks over the last couple a weeks.  Now it is time to put it all together)

    Brass: 7 minutes and change. Deadlifts at 185 lbs. All unbroken. Burpee box jumps also all unbroken.

    Clean and Jerk: 115 lbs. Still being conservative. Worked cleans at 135 lbs. Much smoother. Did handstand work as part of my shoulder re-hab.
