CrossFit WOD for 4/16/2014 and Olympic Lifting

The CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/16/2014:

3 Rounds for Time:

30 AbMat Situps
15 Alternating Split Snatches (95/65)
3 Stair Climbs
30 Ski Jumpers

For Alternating Split Snatches, each snatch must be pulled from the ground and the splits must alternate which leg is in front.  The legs must come back together before the bar is lowered.
