CrossFit WOD for 4/22/2014

As the weather continues to warm up, we will be doing more and more outside.  We are mindful of the conditions throughout the day. If it is a little chilly at 6am, come dressed with an extra layer.  We will still be taking advantage of the chance to run as much as possible.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/22/2014:

    Note: No kipping handstand pushups allowed.

    10 Pullups (unassisted)

    Brass:
    4 Rounds for Time:
    1 Road Sprint
    4 Strict Handstand Pushups to a raised target
    10 Pullups (may be banded)

    Bronze:
    3 Rounds for Time:
    1 Road Sprint
    4 Piked Handstand Pushups
    10 Pullups (banded) or Ring Rows

    Platinum: 14:29 but with an asterisk. Needed to use a raised target for the HSPU’s due to right shoulder but managed to do all 7 unbroken. Pull-ups were all done strict. Last set of 15 had to be broken up quite a bit!
