CrossFit WOD for 4/28/2014

Announcement/Reminder: Because I was out of town late last week, everyone has one more week to order and pay for t-shirts/hoodies.  If you want to purchase clothing in this order, you must sign you name and size on the paper, pay a coach, and the coach must mark you as paid.  If you do not pay, you will not receive an article of clothing.  The sign-up sheets will be taken up this Wednesday.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/28/2014:

Skill:
Perfecting WallBalls to allow for more reps without rest
This session will focus on keeping your elbows up, keeping tension in your hamstrings while you squat, and dropping your arms while the ball is in the air.

MetCon:

Run 500m
30 Burpees
30 Push Press (75/55)
