    Brass:

    Bronze:

    1RM Push Press – 195 lbs

    Steel: 7 rounds plus 1. Did snatches all unbroken. Form felt good. Time to bump up weight!

    Push Press – 115 lbs. for 3 reps. Went light since I have a PT appointment today for my right shoulder. Slowly getting to 100%.
