    5 Hand Release Pushups (may be on box)
    10 KB Swings (1.25/0.75)

    Add 1 Pushup each minute until failure

    Bronze:
    Every Minute on the Minute until failure:
    3 Pushups (may be on box)
    7 KB Swings (1/0.5)

    Platinum: Completed 8 rounds (12 clapping push-ups) and started 9th round finishing 13 clapping push-ups and 2 kettle bell swings at 1.5 pood. So, 8 rounds plus 15.

    Back Squat: 2 reps at 225 lbs.
