    Whew – had a rough time with this one. I did not finish, although I completed something like 3 reps short of four rounds. I need to be more careful about working out in the heat!

    Congrats to everyone else who pushed through it tonight. We got a lot of work done at 5:30!

    Another burner! 5-something. Surprisingly, the T2B got worse than the wall balls. But, I didn’t tear, so I’m happy!

    Whew….that was one tough jam-packed hour. Had to scale the WOD to KTE. 6:40? I did tear…:( and I think Murph may be coming Monday so I need to heal these hands.
