The week is winding down, but that doesn’t mean we have to slack off.  The WOD for today should be an all out sprint.

Skill:

Hang Squat Cleans pulling from the high hang
2, 2, 2, 2

MetCon:

For Time:
Row 1000m
40 Hand Release Pushups
40 Pistols

    Steel:
    Row 1000m
    40 Regular Pushups (must be strict full plank)
    40 Pistol (may use a plate, but no other progression)

    Brass:
    Row 1000m
    30 Pushups (may drop to knees)
    30 Pistol Progressions

    Bronze:
    Row 750m
    25 Pushups (on knees or on box)
    25 Air Squats
