40 Hand Release Pushups
40 Pistols

    40 Regular Pushups (must be strict full plank)
    40 Pistol (may use a plate, but no other progression)

    Row 1000m
    30 Pushups (may drop to knees)
    30 Pistol Progressions

    Row 750m
    25 Pushups (on knees or on box)
    25 Air Squats
