CrossFit WOD for 7/21/2014

Today’s WOD is designed to test your ability to recover quickly.  The goal is to achieve the maximum amount of reps possible on the first round and then hold that number throughout the remaining rounds.

2 Turkish Get Ups (2 each arm)
10 KB Swings

MetCon:
6 Rounds for Reps:
1 Min Calorie Row
1 Min Burpees
1 Min Double Unders
1 Min Rest
