CrossFit WOD for 7/22/2014

The 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games start today at 9:00am Pacific Time, noon our time.  The Masters will get underway today.  They will have wods today, tomorrow, and Thursday.  Stay tuned to the CrossFit Games Site, HERE, for updates and hopefully live streaming.  Throughout the rest of this week, and over the weekend, CrossFit will likely be streaming the Games on one of the ESPN stations as well.

Today, we continue our strength programming for the month.  The first part of each week is the Pendlay Row.  This lift helps develop upper back, lower back, shoulders, and more.  Keeping it a consistent 10 reps per week, we are keeping the tension on the muscles in order to stimulate growth.  Make sure you are trying to increase the weight by 5-10 lbs per week.
