CrossFit WOD for 7/23/2014 – Olympic Lifting – Games

The 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games are officially underway.  The Master Competition started yesterday and the individuals start today with a beech WOD and a heavy lift.  This is it!!!  The Super Bowl of CrossFit has begun.  Here is a link on how to watch the Games:  HOW TO WATCH.  Below is the event schedule for today’s events.  Remember, everything is in pacific time:

9:00am – 5:00pm
Masters Competition

6:30pm – 7:30pm
Overhead Squat
