The CrossFit Games continue today, but on a limited basis. It is the last day for the Masters competition. If you have not been watching, you are missing a lot. The CrossFit Games are the culmination of all things CrossFit. It is the ultimate expression of our fitness. It is a way to see how the fittest in the world do what we do everyday. The greatest thing about watching the Games is the way you we can all relate to the athletes. We know what it is like to push through the workouts. We all know how hard certain movements are. The athletes at the Games are the best of the best, and you will be amazed at their work capacity. Here is how you can watch: WATCHING THE GAMES.
The Master are the only athletes today. Their competition kicks off at noon our time. The individuals are on a rest day. The teams start tomorrow.
