The CrossFit Games continue today, but on a limited basis. Â It is the last day for the Masters competition. Â If you have not been watching, you are missing a lot. Â The CrossFit Games are the culmination of all things CrossFit. Â It is the ultimate expression of our fitness. Â It is a way to see how the fittest in the world do what we do everyday. Â The greatest thing about watching the Games is the way you we can all relate to the athletes. Â We know what it is like to push through the workouts. Â We all know how hard certain movements are. Â The athletes at the Games are the best of the best, and you will be amazed at their work capacity. Â Here is how you can watch: Â WATCHING THE GAMES.
