CrossFit WOD for 7/28/2014

For this week, Owner Matthew Becker will be on vacation with his family.  But, that does not mean anything will change.  Because of our great coaching staff, we will continue to run all of our classes.  Also, everything WOD will continue to have standardized scaling.  Just because it is not posted on the website, does not mean we will not be offering that service to our members  It will be posted on the blackboard.
