The CrossFit Alloy WOD for 9/17/2013:

As Many Reps as Possible in 10 Minutes:

40 Wallballs
30 Snatches (95/65)
20 Toes to Bar
Handstand Pushups for the remainder of the time on plates (45/25)

    Scaling:

    Platinum: Handstand pushups are on plates with an abmat between the plates. Handstand pushups may be kipping or strict.

    Wallballs are 20/14 lbs

    Steel:
    AMRAP 10 Min:
    30 Wallballs (20/14)
    20 Snatches (95/65)
    10 Toes to bar
    Handstand Pushups for the remainder of time. Men = 25 lb plates with abmat between plates. Women = no plates with abmat between hands.

    Brass:
    AMRAP 10 min:
    30 Wallballs (20/14)
    20 Snatches (75/55)
    10 Toes to bar or Knees to elbow
    Handstand pushups for remainder of time. Men = no plates, abmat between hand. Women = inverted handstand pushups with raised target. If piked HSPU’s are necessary, that sub may be used.

    Bronze:
    AMRAP 10 min:
    30 Wallballs (20/14-10)
    20 Snatches (75-65/55-35)
    10 Knees to elbow or lying leg lifts
    Handstand puhsups for remainder of time. Inverted with raised target or piked.
