The CrossFit Alloy WOD for 9/27/2013:

Don’t forget that all Fundamentals graduates are invited to do the following special WOD at 5:30pm.
The WOD will be followed by a social event at Jerome Bettis Grill.  All other regular Friday classes will do this WOD as well.

For Time:

30 Push Press (115/75)
20 Toes to bar
30 Box jumps (24/20)
20 Sumo-deadlit high-pull (115/75)
30 Burpees
20 Ground to overhead (115/75)
