Double Unders
Squats
On minute 1, do 1 Double Unders and 1 Air Squat. On minute 2, do 2 Double Unders and 2 Air Squats. On minute 3 do 3 Double Unders and 3 Air Squats . . . and so on until you cannot complete all reps within a minute.
