As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes:

5 Handstand Pushups to a raised abmat
8 Pistols
10 Toes to Bar

    Scaling:

    Platinum: As written above. Handstand Pushups must be strict. Raised abmat means the hands are on the floor with the abmat between them.

    Steel:
    AMRAP 15 min:
    3 Handstand Pushups to a raised abmat (must be strict)
    8 Pistols
    10 Toes to bar

    Brass:
    AMRAP 15 min:
    3 Handstand Pushups to a raised height of choice (may be kipping or strict)
    6 Pistols or pistol progression
    8 Knees to Elbows

    Bronze:
    ARMAP 15 min
    3 Handstand progression (may be piked or to a raised object)
    6 Pistol Progression
    8 Leg lifts or knees to elbows
