If you have not heard of it yet, there is a new sports league designed around Function Fitness. Â The National Pro Grid League is a new professional league that combines speed and functional fitness as two teams “Race” to the finish. Â During each match, team compete in 11 Races to determine the winner. Â The NPGL is being promoted at the next big sport. Â With a draft, professionally paid athletes, seasons, and a large following, it is well on its way.
In order to stay on top of what is new in the fitness realm, Industrial Athletics has been working to create a Grid League class/program to offer our members and those interested in the Grid League. Â Stay tuned while we tweak and finalize a training program. Â In the meantime, check out our Grid League Page. Â Also, if you want to learn more about the league and watch some matches, head over to NPGL.com.
