CrossFit WOD for 9/5/2014 and Olympic Lifting

If you have not heard of it yet, there is a new sports league designed around Function Fitness.  The National Pro Grid League is a new professional league that combines speed and functional fitness as two teams “Race” to the finish.  During each match, team compete in 11 Races to determine the winner.  The NPGL is being promoted at the next big sport.  With a draft, professionally paid athletes, seasons, and a large following, it is well on its way.

In order to stay on top of what is new in the fitness realm, Industrial Athletics has been working to create a Grid League class/program to offer our members and those interested in the Grid League.  Stay tuned while we tweak and finalize a training program.  In the meantime, check out our Grid League Page.  Also, if you want to learn more about the league and watch some matches, head over to NPGL.com.
