CrossFit WOD and Boot Camp for 3/26/2015

Don’t forget that our 2 yr Anniversary party is this Saturday at 9am.  We will have a workout and then eat.  The gym will provide burgers, hot dogs, and some drinks.  We are everyone in attendance to bring their favorite food, drink, or dessert.  Please sign up on the main table if you plan to attend so that we are better able to organize this event.

Tonight is the last announcement for the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Open.  The final workout will be released at 8pm.  We will be programming the workout for tomorrow.  If you are recorder your score for the Open, make sure to take it easy today.  If prior weeks’ programming dictate what is coming in tonight’s Open Workout, we can expect rowing and burpees.  We will see.
