The next CrossFit Fundamentals Course will begin on April 6th. Â If you have friend or family who want to start CrossFit, make sure they sign up in advance. Â Fundamentals classes are offered at 6am and 5:30pm. Â The full Course meets 5 times: Â M/W/F of the first week and M/W of the second week. Â Each person who completes the Course may then attend our regular CrossFit Class 3 days a week for the remainder of the month.
