The next CrossFit Fundamentals Course will begin on April 6th. If you have friend or family who want to start CrossFit, make sure they sign up in advance. Fundamentals classes are offered at 6am and 5:30pm. The full Course meets 5 times: M/W/F of the first week and M/W of the second week. Each person who completes the Course may then attend our regular CrossFit Class 3 days a week for the remainder of the month.
