CrossFit WOD and Olympic Lifting for 4/22/2015

We are into week #3 of this month’s strength programming.  This week, we are doing hang power cleans first.  Hopefully, you wrote down your lifts from last week.  Get some weight on the bar and try to lift 10-15lbs more than last week.

6:30pm CrossFit class is canceled for Gymnastics.

Greene Barbell club returns to Wednesday nights, Friday nights, and Sunday mornings.
