CrossFit WOD and Olympic Lifting for 5/22/2015

It’s finally Friday.  Don’t forget that Monday is Murph.  Murph will kick off at 9:30am.  We will all go at once.  Murph is probably the most famous CrossFit hero WOD and a popular WOD to do on Memorial Day in honor of our military.

For today, we continue our monthly extras.  We are testing our 1 rep max squat clean.  This lift will be pulled from the ground and caught in the bottom of a front squat.
