CrossFit WOD and Olympic Lifting for 8/19/2015

Don’t forget that we have a cookout this Saturday at the gym.  It will be a pot-luck cookout with a workout.  The event will start at 10am and we will eat immediately after everyone is done.  The WOD will be a partner or team WOD depending on how many people come.  If you plan to attend, please sign up on the main table so we can plan for numbers and food.  You may also bring friends and family to watch and then eat with us.
