Don’t forget that we have a cookout this Saturday at the gym. Â It will be a pot-luck cookout with a workout. Â The event will start at 10am and we will eat immediately after everyone is done. Â The WOD will be a partner or team WOD depending on how many people come. Â If you plan to attend, please sign up on the main table so we can plan for numbers and food.
