Here are the CrossFit WODs for 5/2/2015.  Also, we have Yoga at 12:30pm.  Yoga is $5 for Industrial Athletics members and $7 for non members.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class:

Max Effort in 7 Minutes:
1 Power Snatch
1 Squat Snatch
1 Overhead Squat

WOD #2
EMOM 15 Minutes:
You have 30 Sec to Complete
3 Back Squats (155/105)
4 Box Jumps (30/24)

WOD#3
3 Rounds for Time:
1 Road Sprint with Med Ball (20/14)
25 Wall Balls (20/14)

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class:
