15 Strict Press(115/75)

    Due to my strict press weight had to go with the scale of 55lbs. And boy the strict press at the end is TOUGH…..

    Oh, and GREAT cashout!!! NOT. 🙂

    12:06 with all the reps and 65#. the squats were tolerable, the push jerks were tolerable. my handstand pushups clearly need work cause those destroyed me and sent me on the pain train for the strict press. but alas, i finished. tomorrow will be my rest day FO SHO
