    And then there was the post-WOD shower. GREAT ODIN”S RAVEN that hurt. Son of a bee-sting. Worst rope burn ever.

    I wanted to climb the rope, but it gets scary! and 21 times (or even 15) seemed daunting. So I did

    4rds + deadlifts: 185, 9/9 (pullups/k2es)

    Didn’t complete the last rounds because my hand *almost* tore and I just don’t feel like dealing with that. Did the first round with 215 but ******** that is heavy. This wod did not work out as planned for me.

    It did lead me to decide to try to sneak in a ropeclimb or two every chance I get at the gym.
