    Platinum as written above

    Steel:
    Row 2000m

    2 rnds for time:
    50 double unders
    4 stair climbs

    Brass:
    Row 1500m

    2 rnds for time:
    210 single unders
    4 stair climbs

    Bronze:
    Row 1500m

    2 rnds for time:
    150 singles / 50 tuck jumps
    3 stair climbs

    If you are getting better at double unders, ask a coach if you may do a reduced number of double unders or sub double unders for singles/tuck jumps.

    this was awful… im either sick or asthmatic. 21:37 rx’d. weezed through the whole thing. felt like my shoulders were gonna fall off… can i lift something heavy now, please?

    Did steel scaling with double unders. Awful, mean double unders. I think they were used by sadists during the Inquisition.

    Sucktacular WOD…..

    Did Brass cause my double unders are quite there yet. 21:10 – actually was fast on the row and like a slug on the stairs. 210 Single unders were good!
