    Brass:

    3 rounds
    15 front squats (95/65)
    20 ball slams (14/10)

    Bronze:

    3 rounds
    10 front squats 95-75/65-55)
    15 ball slams (14-10)

    15 front squats (55lbs)
    20 slam balls (14lb med ball)

    6-something, Rx’d. I never used to like ball slams. But…they are a nice outlet for all of my rage.
