Scaling:
Platinum: As written above. No jumping for the rope climbs
Steel:
4 rounds
2 rope climb (no jumping for the rope climbs)
20 pushups
25 situps
Brass
4 rounds
9 Pullups/9 Knees to Elbow in alternating fashion
20 Pushups
25 situps
Bronze
4 rounds
6 Pullups/6 Knees to Elbow in alternating fashion
15 pushups
20 situps
Note: if the alternating pullups/knees to elbows are too difficult to do with a band, ask a coach for permission to do all pullups and all knees to elbows separately
Note: if you have never climbed a rope before, the day of the WOD is not time to “try it out.” Practice after WODs or come to Open Gym
Note: Situps must be done on an abmat. Shoulders must touch the floor without raising the hips and butt off of the ground. The movement ends at a full seated position. If a coach catches you “kipping” your situps by raising your hips or feet off of the ground, your reps will not count.

Great job by all, but impressive performance by Edith as she tackled the WOD at Rx! Way to go in the Home Stretch!

That was a lot of pushups. 10:03
Far too many push-ups!
