    Platinum: As written above. Toes must touch bar to count as a rep. Feet must travel behind the vertical posts at the bottom with arms fully extended.

    Steel:
    20 Min AMRAP
    7 Toes to Bar
    10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
    Road Sprint

    Brass:
    20 Min AMRAP
    5 Toes to Bar or 5 Knees to Elbows
    8 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
    Road Sprint

    Bronze:
    20 Min AMRAP
    5 Lying Leg Lifts
    8 Hang Power Cleans (75/55)
    Road Sprint
