Steel: run 500m, split snatches at 65/35
Brass: run 500m, 18 regular snatches at 65/35
Bronze: run 500m, 15 regular snatches at 65/35
Steel: 18:57
This was tough (especially coming off of last nights WOD). I actually felt good on the runs – I am just slow as a turtle. 🙂
18:40 rx’d. this was fairly fun despite the almost mile run in it.
13:48 – felt good on the snatches. The first run was terrible. Thanks to Carly for hitting it hard on the last run. I would not have run so hard if I didn’t have her to chase.
