CrossFit WOD for 7/20/2015

The morning classes may notice some different coaching faces this week.  While I am on vacation, we have a few people subbing in to help.  Fireman Dave and Mel will be in.  Alicia will be covering one morning as well.  Nothing else should change.  The WODs will be released every night at 8:30am.  The WODs will also be scaled as normal.

Tabata Hollow Hold
Tabata Superman Hold

MetCon:
Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes:
Minute 1:  5 Clean and Jerk (155/105)
Minute 2:  20 Second of Pushups
On Minute 11, perform max effort Pistols in 1 Minute

Tabata Squats
