Every Minute on the Minute for 15 Minutes

20 Double Unders / 15 Tuck Jumps
3 Deadlifts

If you are able to complete the Deadlifts, increase weight for the next minute.  Continue increasing weight until time runs out or you fail to pull 3 Deadlifts.  If you fail before 15 minutes, decrease the weight at least to the last weight you pulled 3 times.

    Platinum: That is 20 double unders OR 15 Tuck Jumps, not both. So, if you cannot do double unders well enough to rep out 20 quickly, but you want the work of Platinum, do tuck jumps.

    Everyone is a Platinum for the deadlifts. You pick the weight each minute. You should start light and get heavy by the end.

    Keep those backs flat and pull with the hamstrings. Chests up. No achy backs today!!! Listen to your coach if he/she tells you to reduce your weight and change your form.

    15 Double Unders / 10 Tuck Jumps
    3 Deadlifts

    10 Double Unders / 7 Tuck Jumps
    3 Deadlifts

    7 Double Unders / 5 Tuck Jumps
    3 Deadlifts

    Platinum with 15 Tuck Jumps: Deadlift was 13 sets at 185 and 2 at 195
