Platinum: 11:20 …….. Great job by 6am crew today.
I really enjoyed the team cashout today!
Platinum: 11:08 … Neck and neck with Jake throughout this WOD.
Warm-up and cash-out were great additions. Good start to my week! Nice intensity 6 am’ers!
Rx’d. My time, for what it’s worth: 10:13. I tore my pinky (ha!) on round 9, then bantered with Coach Steph to get my tape (thanks, Coach!) Then was flustered and finished round 9, then thought round 6 was only 5, then did 3. So I figure the tear added a bit and the 2 missed reps shortened a smidge. Had I not torn and still done the added reps, I probably would’ve still been below 10:13. Meh. Damn sweaty hands!
And I hate planking! It’s terrible! But I had fun at 6:30.
