    Scaling:

    Pushups must be full plank on the ground or full plank on a box. No knee pushups. Ask a coach if you don’t know how to do pushups on a box.

    25 Pullups

    15 Pushups
    75 Double Unders or 225 Single Unders
    7 Muscle Ups or 21 Chest to bar pullups and 21 ring dips

    Did Steel: 21:19

    75 doubles Unders for the first set and then 225 singles for the second set.
    Did 7 muscle-ups on rings (4-2-2)

    Great job to everyone, but especially Dave who decided to go Rx! Impressive.

    Accidently did RX for the pushups and muscle-ups (Mental Block)

    Great job by my friend Brian who dropped in and got 19:12 for Steel!
