    First, great presentation by Jillness this morning!

    Second, did the WOD at Brass because this was my 6th Crossfit work-out day in a row! Never did that many days in a row before, but I’m enjoying the soreness. Ha!

    4 rounds of 225 lbs. deadlifts and 12 box jumps at 24″. Time: 4:21
