    Everyone is a Platinum today. If you cannot do double unders, do tuck jumps. If you are getting better at double unders, spend the time working on them.

    Situps must be from a full lying position, to elbows passing the knees. Use an ab mat. No kipping situps. Keep your lower back and butt planted into the ground.
