CrossFit WOD for 7/9/2013

For Time:

21, 15, 9
Left Arm KB Snatch (1.5/1)
Right Arm KB Snatch (1.5/1)
Pullups

You must alternate arms every rep.  In other words, you will do one snatch with your left arm, then one with your right, then left, then right, etc.  You will do 21 reps per arm, then 15 reps per arm, then 9 reps per arm.

    Platinum: as written above. This wod is going to be heavy on each arm, that will make the pullups hard. Scaling accordingly. This wod is not about doing the weight. It is about moving consistently through each movement.
